Our exhaust product facility in Aberdeen manufactures tubular steel exhaust headers, H-pipes, X-pipes, and mufflers for performance applications. The core processes for this facility is bending, welding, painting, and ceramic coating. All equipment is tooled for various tube diameters.

Eaton-Leonard CNC benders are used for the high volume production, and Eaton-Leonard NC benders are used in the special product cells. A new Keins CNC bender has recently been introduced to the special products cell to reduce changeovers and improve bending capabilities. All welding is done by skilled operators using a combination of Miller and Lincoln welders. Exhaust systems are manufactured in either 16 or 18 gauge mild steel tubing in either high temp black paint or ceramic coating. Stainless steel exhaust systems are also available for strength and reliability.
