The Earl's manufacturing facility specializes in the production of fluid transfer products including hose ends, hose, aluminum adapters, hydraulic lines, brake lines, oil coolers, gaskets and various plumbing components. These products require precision screw machining, punch pressing and surface grinding to achieve proper sealing. The Earl's production facility is located in Rancho Dominguez, California and has been producing and designing fluid transfer components for over 40 years. All plumbing products produced in this facility are built to military (A.N.), National Pipe Thread (N.P.T.) and aviation specs and have been used in racing environments for over five decades. The single most important aspect of hose end and adapter production is the screw machine function. To complete these operations, Earl's has Brown and Sharp single spindle screw machines, Acme multiple spindle screw machines, GW Bliss Punch Presses, Surface Grinders, Takisawa and Fadal CNC Lathes and Mills along with other various drill presses, tube benders, swedgers and manual tools.
